    Romar Corporate Fun & Run 2024!

    Registration of participants must be under a Company.
    Example: John works at ASD, and he wants to participate in the Romar Corporate Fun Run, yet as an individual he cannot register. ASD can register John. (Be like John!)
    • Registering package:
    • Platinum Package Includes:
      • o Company logo on Romar Corporate Fun Run Website and on event day.
      • o Fruits & refreshments (Water/Gatorade).
      • o BIB-Number & Chip.
      • o Romar Run Exclusive Hat, Bag & Water Bottle. 
      • o Tent in Platinum area with high tables and chairs.
      • o Payment includes 6 participants (more can be added at Afl. 35,- each).
      • o 6x Amstel buckets.
      • o Eligible for 1st / 2nd or 3rd place prize.
        o Eligible for ‘’team with most participants” prize.
        o Eligible for “team with most creative and fun uniform”.
    Price for package is Afl. 460 + Afl. 35 per additional participant.
     
    Please register one team leader which should be the only contact with Romar Trading for any questions or concerns. This to avoid miscommunication or misinformation due to many people representing a company.
     
    Please note: Your participation is confirmed once payment is received.
     
    Method of payment:

    Payment must be submitted no later than 10 working days after registration has been submitted.
     
    If a company has already registered its participants and decides afterwards to add more participants, the company must go to the BASIC PACKAGE and fill in all fields to add the extra participants (only the extra participants, do not add once more the already registered participants). 

    We DO NOT Reserve any spots for registrations that have not been paid for in the above stipulated time frame. Please make payment before the event reaches maximum capacity.

     
    Pickup of BIB-Number and Kit is at Romar Trading Cash & Carry (Schotlandstraat #71) dates:
    September Wednesday 25:
    9:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. NON-Stop 
    September Thursday 26: 9:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. NON-Stop 
    Payment, BIB-Number and kits pickup continues until maximum capacity is reached. 
    There will be no BIB-Number, Kit pick up or payment on the Romar Corporate Fun Event day. 
    Registration & Payment Closes on Monday September 23rd, OR upon event sell out.

    • First/Second/Third participant to arrive (Company member/Vereniging):
      • -Wins a Romar Trading Basket & trophy.
      •  -Wins the donation for Stichting Edmund E. Harms Foundation
    • Team consistent of more participants:
      • -Wins a gift basket with Romar Trading products. 
    • Team with most creative and fun uniform (t-shirt, shorts, sock, tutu dress, etc.):
      • -Wins a gift basket with Romar Trading products.
